Uptime Guarantee

We guarantee 99.9% monthly uptime for all hosting services. This excludes scheduled maintenance (announced 24 hours in advance) and events beyond our control.

Compensation

If uptime falls below 99.9% in a given month, you will receive service credit equal to the proportion of downtime experienced.

Response Times

  • Critical issues: 1 hour
  • High priority: 4 hours
  • Normal: 8 hours
  • Low: 24 hours

Exclusions

SLA does not apply to free trials, violations of ToS, or issues caused by customer configuration.
